OCRC Proposes Changes to Pregnancy Discrimination Rules
The Ohio Civil Rights Commission has proposed changes to the administrative rules relating to pregnancy discrimination.
The changes come in response to criticism from employers and others that the current rules go beyond what is allowed by the statute. The rules are not yet final, and there is a public hearing for comment from interested citizens has been scheduled for August 1, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Columbus.
